Meditate at home

WITH BEAUTIFUL BURDOCK

Use this plant meditation as often as you would like. I would say once a week would be a beautiful addition to your daily infusion, however you do what works for you. 

BEFORE YOU START:

Ensure your infusion is prepared and drained.

Have a journal or pen and paper by your side. 

Make sure you are in a seated position that you can be comfortable in for twenty minutes. If seated on the ground does not work for you, feel free to sit in a chair, or on a lounge (preferably with a straight spine).
