FOR OUR OPENING GROUP MEDITATION
IMPORTANT INFORMATION ON HOW TO PREPARE:
PREPARE YOUR INFUSION OF BURDOCK THE NIGHT BEFORE WE MEET: Before you go to bed on Friday night 21st April prepare your infusion of Burdock Root. You can see the instructions for how to do that on this page here or by clicking “THE INFUSION” tab on the above menu.
HAVE A JOURNAL OR PAPER AND A PEN CLOSE BY FOR AFTER THE MEDITATION
PREPARE YOUR MEDITATION SPACE: Make sure you know where you will set up to join the call and the space feels nice, quiet and distraction free. At least to the most it is in your capacity to do so, at this stage of your life.
If you know realistically, a small space in the loungeroom, with blocks all around and kids near you is as distraction free as it’s going to get – DO IT!
If you think waiting until kids are in bed and doing the recording later in the evening or at another time is what will serve you best – do that!
Obviously I would love to have as many of you as possible live with me on the call – so maybe you do both.
Let it be simple.
ENSURE YOU HAVE STRAINED YOUR INFUSION BEFORE WE START: Get up early enough to strain your Burdock infusion before we get started. Have your strained infusion in a jar or glass ready to go, within reach of your meditation space when we start the call.
