Welcome to the 40 Day Yoga & Meditation Challenge!

I am so happy to be practicing with you for the next 40 days. Before you get started it would be awesome if you logged into your account and added a little profile pic of yourself. We love to get a feel for who is practicing with us. 

Then head on over to facebook and join our 40 day yoga & meditation challenge private facebook group and introduce yourself. I would love to hear what inspired you to sign up to the challenge, what your intention is and anything else you would like to share. 

Then jump on into the content. Remember there is enough content here for you to come back to time and time again, so while I have organised the course into six-weeks – you could easily spend a whole month on the content for each week. 

Feel free to leave your comments and questions either in the facebook group or the comments section below each module. 

Welcome to the Training

I am so excited to welcome you to this challenge and so happy that you have made the commitment to your personal self-care and your home practice by signing up for regular practice over the next 40 days.

Over the next six weeks we will dive into 40 days of practice including asana, pranayama and meditation. You will be prompted to inquire and journal about a number of different philosophical ideas from the yoga tradition and supported by a group of fellow yogis in a loving online community.

This is a great place to share with your fellow participants, ask questions, find support and celebrate your wins!
