This Sunday at a private location in Port Kembla. Come and join this gathering of wise women as we get to know the “witches herb” Mugwort!

This plant has been used throughout history to:

🌿 FREE ONLINE COMMUNITY CHALLENGE FOR AUTUMN 🌿

"Simples" refers to the old folk herbalism practice of drinking an infusion of one single herb at a time, daily, for a prolonged period of time.

I like to think of this as the equivelent of sitting down and getting to now someone one to one, consistently, on a daily basis versus in a group. It means you get to know them on a much deeper level and understand how that person (or plant) affects you.

Autumn, is the season for cutting back, clearing away. As the plants of high summer have been exhausted and start to die off we remove everything that is no longer needed from the garden.

This helps us refine, remove unnecessary complexity, refresh and start again. It’s a return to simples.

After summer when our energy has been, hot, up and out ... Autumn is a time to clear, ground and nourish. Just like the plants, we draw our prana inwards, reassess and simplify our routines, actions and expressions so we can build simply and skilfully for another wheel of the year.

BURDOCK is the perfect plant to support us in this process and I invite you to sit with this grounding & incredibly nourishing herbal ally with me for 30 days and see what happens.

The challenge doesn’t start until Saturday 22nd April to give you plenty of time to purchase your herbs.
