PREPARE FOR THE CHALLENGE
1. ORDER YOUR HERBS: (If you haven’t already). We will be drinking a daily infusion of the herb Burdock. I recommend you always buy organic and the place I like to recommend is Mudbrick Herb Cottage – they are an amazing family run business in Queensland and their herbs are always really great quality. You can find Burdock from Mudbrick Herb Cottage HERE.
200g should be enough for the month of simples but you might like to purchase 500g if you want to explore some of my other recommendations for working with the plant.
2. MARK THE DATE OF OUR OPENING MEDITATION IN YOUR DIARY: We will meet online via zoom on Saturday the 22nd of April at 7am and be together for approximately an hour. There will also be a recording available for those of you who can’t make it live.
If you can’t make it live – don’t worry, it doesn’t matter. What’s most important is you read the information for how to prepare for our opening meditation together, ahead of time.
